Usage record book	Please fill in the “Record of Use” book located at the devises.
Report	Please report here

After Joint Usage

Payment	Once a quarter, we will summarize your usage and inform you of the cost. Please be sure to let us know if you are planning to pay for an externally funded budget that has an execution deadline.
Report of Results	Please let us know results when research results are obtained through Joint Usage.
